MINDY KALING!!!
When I was a kid, my Asian mom would often compare me to overachieving younger kids. (If you’re Asian, you’d totally understand.)
Anyway, I had the privilege of photographing Mindy Kaling for the Winter issue of Audrey Magazine and if my mom was on the set, she’d be like, “Why aren’t you more like Mindy?”
Why?
Um because Mindy is an author, actress, comedienne, director, exec producer, writer, blogger, tweeter, AND Emmy winner. And to top that, she’s super sweet to everyone on set. Geez right?!
Okay, I admit it…I totally want to be her best friend and everyone else does too.
